This comes up more often than most people expect. Job applications ask for total years of experience. Recruiters want a clear number. Visa applications require verified employment duration. Salary negotiations sometimes hinge on how many years you can genuinely claim in a particular field. How to Use the Work Experience Calculator

Adding your job history and getting your total takes only a couple of minutes:

Enter a Job Title to label the role you are adding — for example, Marketing Manager or Software Developer. This is purely for your own reference and helps you keep track of which entry corresponds to which position as you build up your list.

Select the Start Date for that role by picking the month and year you joined. Exact day-level precision is supported if you have it, but month and year alone is enough for most career calculations.
